Dr. Sahar Dagher, PharmD, APh, is an Advanced Practice Pharmacist and Certified Integrative Nutritionist at Ixir Health. She earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Loma Linda University. Dr. Dagher completed a PGY‑1 Ambulatory Care residency at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy, where she also gained experience in chronic disease management and telehealth. Her practice philosophy emphasizes preventive care, personalized nutrition, and long‑term health optimization through direct primary care. She leverages her pharmacy expertise to manage chronic conditions, interpret labs, and integrate lifestyle counseling, aiming to keep patients healthy before problems arise.
