RYAN FINIGAN

Dr. Ryan Finigan is a Family Medicine physician and the owner of Reach Primary Care, a Direct Primary Care practice in Colorado Springs. He emphasizes affordable, faith‑informed, patient‑centered care, spending ample time with each patient to understand their health history and goals. His DPC philosophy focuses on eliminating wait times, reducing costs, and providing holistic, compassionate care that integrates physical fitness and mental health support.

Dr. Finigan grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains of California, earned a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from UC Berkeley, and received his M.D. from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University (2007). He completed a Family Medicine residency at JPS Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, is board‑certified in Family Medicine, completed the U.S. Navy Tropical Medicine Course, and holds a Fellowship in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine (FAWM). He also serves as the volunteer medical director for the Open Bible Medical Clinic, a free clinic for the uninsured, and participates in international medical missions.
