RUTVIC AMIN

Dr. Rutvic Amin is the founder and medical director of Rainari Health, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Rochester, NY. With more than 20 years of experience across primary care, emergency medicine, and inpatient hospital medicine, he has built a practice focused on personalized, relationship‑based care. Dr. Amin believes that true health begins with understanding each patient’s whole life—diet, lifestyle, mental health, and personal goals—so he designs care plans that are proactive, preventive, and tailored to the individual rather than a one‑size‑fits‑all model. His DPC philosophy emphasizes easy access through telemedicine, in‑home visits, and rapid communication via text or email, removing the barriers of traditional fee‑for‑service scheduling.

Before founding Rainari Health, Dr. Amin served as a primary care physician at Reynolds Army Medical Center, worked in busy outpatient and inpatient settings in Florida, and was a senior hospitalist at Rochester General Hospital, where he managed complex cases in the CCU and ICU. He holds double board certification in Family Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Care, and is also a certified health and life coach, integrating wellness coaching into his primary care practice to support both physical and emotional well‑being of his patients.
