Dr. Rodney Snead has been in practice and board certified in both emergency medicine and family medicine for over 35 years. He is passionate about delivering quality medical care through a simplified system built upon a healthy patient‑physician relationship. He studied the concept of direct primary care for over four years before becoming convinced that it provides a better model for healthcare in the United States. Dr. Snead heads the program at CARES DIRECT PRIMARY CARE and emphasizes a DPC philosophy that eliminates middlemen, offers transparent monthly membership fees, and allows him to spend more time caring for each patient.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Snead is active in his local church, enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time with his wife Trixie, their three children, and extended family.
