ROBERT MAIN

Rob Main, PA‑C, has over two decades of dedicated service as a Physician Assistant, specializing in family practice, urgent care, and aesthetics. Since earning his Physician Assistant degree from the State University of New York Stony Brook in 2001, Rob has been committed to delivering comprehensive and compassionate healthcare. Born and raised in Long Island, NY, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology & Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and began his career in Emergency Medicine and outpatient Pediatrics, later joining Express Care of Belleview in 2004.

Rob now leads Rob Main Health and Wellness, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Ocala, FL. He emphasizes a patient‑centric approach with same‑day appointments, 24/7 access via phone, email, or video, and a focus on preventive wellness, personalized health planning, and clear communication. His philosophy is to build lasting relationships with patients, offering affordable, transparent care without copays or deductibles.

Beyond clinical work, Rob serves as an injector of neurotoxins and dermal fillers at Nirvana Medical Spa and enjoys golf, fishing, and family life with his wife Lauren and three sons.
