Dr. Robert Lockwood is a board‑certified family physician with more than 25 years of clinical practice and over two decades of research experience. He earned his MD from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 after completing a mechanical engineering degree and an MBA. Dr. Lockwood completed his family medicine residency at Great Plains Family Practice in Oklahoma City in 2002. He co‑founded Primary Health Partners in Yukon, Oklahoma, a Direct Primary Care practice that emphasizes long‑term patient relationships, preventive care, and personalized wellness plans. His engineering background and commitment to innovation drive a data‑informed, patient‑centered approach to primary care.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Lockwood is actively involved in community service and global health missions. He has traveled to Honduras multiple times for medical outreach, and he enjoys running, playing golf, and supporting the University of Oklahoma Sooners.
