Dr. Robert Chandler was born and raised in Wyoming. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 1993 and received his medical doctor degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1997. After completing his residency in Family Medicine at North Colorado Family Medicine in 2000, he practiced in Douglas, Wyoming before moving to Powell in 2004. Dr. Chandler is a co‑owner of 307Health Direct Primary Care, where he embraces the Direct Primary Care model to provide personalized, relationship‑focused care that emphasizes the Triple Aim of improving patient experience, health outcomes, and cost efficiency. He is dedicated to preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building long‑term partnerships with his patients.
