Dr. Rob Rosborough is a board‑certified family physician with more than 25 years of experience caring for patients of all ages in the Silverton, Mount Angel, and Molalla communities. He emphasizes the Direct Primary Care model, which provides personalized, unhurried care, 24‑hour access, and transparent pricing without the constraints of insurance billing. Dr. Rosborough believes that strong patient‑physician relationships and ample time for each visit are essential to delivering high‑quality, preventive health care.
He earned his medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon. He completed a family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Since establishing Township Health DPC, he has presented at DPC National Conferences, helped found the DPC Alliance, and serves on its Advisory Board, reflecting his commitment to advancing the DPC movement.
