RILEY HOOKS

Riley Hooks, PA‑C, has enjoyed over 50,000 patient encounters in more than a decade of primary and urgent care medicine. He believes that listening to patients is the cornerstone of diagnosis—"80% of a diagnosis is listening"—and strives to spend ample time with each individual. Through his years in healthcare he recognized the benefits of a cash‑pay, Direct Primary Care model that eliminates surprise billing, copays, and insurance paperwork, offering straightforward costs and discounts on many services.

Riley earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. Since 2014 he has practiced with a clinical interest in pediatrics and has provided house‑call medicine since 2016. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, accessible care to his community through Vital AZ’s DPC practice.
