Rick D. Arnold, PA-C, MPAS, is a board‑certified Physician Assistant and co‑owner of 180 Direct Primary Care, Enid’s first direct primary care practice. He believes in personalized, low‑cost, high‑quality care that puts the patient first, eliminating insurance middlemen to provide same‑day appointments, unlimited visits, and comprehensive family medicine services.
With over 24 years of experience, Rick earned his formal training at Wichita State University and the University of Nebraska School of Medicine, focusing on family medicine and orthopedics. He spent more than eight years working alongside fellowship‑trained orthopedic surgeons, treating foot, ankle, hip, knee, and shoulder injuries, and also holds a critical‑care respiratory therapist certification. Rick is dedicated to serving patients of all ages in his community.
