As a Family Nurse Practitioner and mother of four, I’m thrilled to be practicing in Colorado since moving here from Alaska in 2017. My upbringing in rural Alaska, where I helped my parents run a lodge, instilled a deep appreciation for community, resourcefulness, and the importance of treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. I’ve developed specialized interests in dermatological conditions, effective diabetes management, and providing attentive care to patients across all life stages—from children to seniors.

My approach combines evidence‑based medicine with the personalized attention I learned was crucial growing up in a small community. I believe in taking time to listen to patients’ concerns, understanding their unique circumstances, and creating care plans that respect individual needs and preferences. At Thryve Family Care, I embrace the Direct Primary Care model’s focus on relationship‑based, accessible, and comprehensive care without the constraints of traditional insurance.
