RACHEL MEADOWS

Rachel Meadows is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Restoration Direct Primary Care. When creating this practice she wanted to ensure that you feel valued, heard, and never rushed through an appointment. She utilizes an integrative approach to care, blending holistic and traditional medicine. Rachel is from a small town in Giles County, VA, and grew up watching her father provide care in his private practice. She earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from Radford University and a Master’s degree in nursing from Old Dominion University. With over 18 years of experience, she has worked in hospital pediatrics, urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, and health‑wellness coaching. In July 2021 she decided to open her own direct primary care practice, launching Restoration Direct Primary Care in September 2021, where she provides an integrative and modern approach to patient care. She is passionate about building lasting relationships, promoting wellness, and helping patients achieve their health goals.
