Dr. Quincy Harberger, MD, is a Family Medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 2010 and completed a residency in Family Medicine at WellSpan York Hospital (2010‑2013). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Science from Penn State (1996‑2001).
