Dr. Priya Gujarati, affectionately called "Dr. G" by her patients, is a dedicated physician, mother, wife, and co‑founder of UpCare Clinics. She envisions a Direct Primary Care model that removes insurance middlemen, allowing her to spend extended, personalized time with each patient, offer transparent pricing, and provide comprehensive preventive and urgent care under one roof. By integrating advanced technologies with traditional medicine, she strives to make healthcare more convenient, accessible, and patient‑centered.

Board certified in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Gujarati has been practicing emergency medicine in the Kansas City area for the past four years. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Louisville and earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri‑Kansas City in 2013. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, daughter, and two sons.
