Preston McCormack

Dr. Preston McCormack, MD, is a physician‑partner at Perspective Health, a Direct Primary Care practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. He grew up in Texas and moved to Arkansas in 1999, earning a biology degree from the University of the Ozarks before completing his MD at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2015. While at UAMS he was honored with the Roberts Key Award for graduating at the top of his class and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha in 2014. He completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UAMS and Arkansas Children’s Hospital, serving as Chief Resident of Pediatrics before becoming double‑board‑certified.

At Perspective Health, Dr. McCormack embraces the DPC model’s emphasis on personalized, relationship‑based care. He focuses on holistic, preventive medicine, using direct communication tools such as texting, email, and video visits to stay connected with patients. In addition to his primary care practice, he serves as a pediatrician at the Our House/Arkansas Children’s Hospital clinic, and he is active in his community, enjoying time with his wife, Leslie, and their three children, as well as outdoor activities, Razorback sports, cooking, and travel.
