PRAVEEN RAJANAHALLI

Dr. Praveen Rajanahalli was born and raised in India. He completed medical school at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College in India. He moved to the United States to begin his family medicine residency training at the Community Family Medicine Residency in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Rajanahalli enjoys the challenge of treating a wide variety of illnesses from patients at all stages of life. With over 14 years of clinical experience, he has extensive experience in treating chronic illness as well as acute medical conditions. He emphasizes personalized, relationship‑based care that is central to the Direct Primary Care model, offering comprehensive preventive services and same‑day access. Dr. Rajanahalli also performs outpatient procedures such as joint injections, suturing, and dermatologic treatments, and he is fluent in several Indian languages, which helps him communicate effectively with diverse patients.
