About
Dr. Phillip Rhoads, MD, is board‑certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas in 1998 and completed a dual residency in Adult Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the same institution in 2002. After a decade of practice in Northwest Arkansas, he relocated with his family to Colorado in 2013 and has been serving patients in Fort Collins and Loveland ever since. Dr. Rhoads founded NoCo Primary Care to provide affordable, direct primary care that emphasizes personal relationships, same‑day access, and comprehensive family health.
At NoCo Primary Care, Dr. Rhoads embraces the Direct Primary Care model, offering transparent pricing, unlimited visits, and a focus on preventive care without the constraints of insurance billing. He leverages a HIPAA‑secure app for virtual visits, text messaging, and rapid communication, ensuring patients receive timely, individualized attention. Outside of medicine, he enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, adventure racing, and traveling with his family in their 1977 Airstream trailer.
