Dr. Phil Whitecar, MD, provides primary care at Beavercreek Family Health Center. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Missouri – Columbia. Dr. Whitecar has over 40 years of experience and is board‑certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. He left his position as Professor of Family Medicine at Wright State University to help create Direct Family Medicine in November 2013, believing that Direct Primary Care is the best way to provide personalized, comprehensive primary care.
