This model lets him spend more time listening, educating, and partnering with patients to achieve lasting health outcomes.

With over a decade of experience, Dr. Schanen has worked in emergency rooms across Corpus Christi and San Antonio, urgent‑care settings, and family‑medicine clinics. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master’s in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. His clinical background, combined with an entrepreneurial stint running seven outpatient physical‑therapy clinics, informs a practice that is efficient, friendly, and focused on whole‑person wellness.
