PAYTON SKAWINSKI
Internal Medicine
About
Dr. Payton Skawinski grew up in Montana with a lifelong dream of becoming a physician. After completing the primary care track at the University of Washington School of Medicine and an internal medicine residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center, he now brings that vision to life through direct primary care. He values a holistic approach to health, meaningful relationships with his patients, and the ability to provide thoughtful, unhurried care. Outside of medicine, Payton prioritizes community and spending time with his growing family. He is proud to offer a small‑town doctor approach to the close‑knit community of Bainbridge Island and the greater Kitsap County area.
At Bridge DPC, Dr. Skawinski emphasizes long, unhurried appointments, 24/7 access via phone, text, and video, and a focus on lifestyle‑medicine counseling—including nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and community connection—to empower patients to achieve lasting health and longevity.
