PAULA FRANTZ
Family Medicine, Adult Medicine
About
Dr. Paula Frantz is a Kansas native who earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education before completing her pre‑medical requirements at Kansas State University. She earned her MD from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Missouri‑Kansas City, where she served as Chief Resident. After a public‑health stint in Colorado, she spent eight years in the emergency department at Sterling Regional Medical Center and nearly nine years with the Colorado Department of Corrections, five of those as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Frantz founded Inspire Health Direct Primary Care in 2015 to escape the constraints of traditional insurance‑driven practice and to focus on patient‑centered, relationship‑based care. She believes that educating patients, discussing all diagnostic and treatment options, and coaching them to make informed health decisions are the keys to maximizing health.
At Inspire Health, Dr. Frantz practices Direct Primary Care, offering members unlimited access, same‑day appointments, and transparent pricing without the interference of insurance middlemen. Her philosophy emphasizes long‑term doctor‑patient relationships, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
