Paul Ferenchak

Dr. Paul Ferenchak is a family medicine physician with more than 50 years of experience. After medical school he began as a family physician in a rural community, then completed a general and vascular surgery residency and practiced as a vascular surgeon in Syracuse, NY. When a physical limitation ended his surgical career, he returned to his "first love" of general medicine, adding geriatrics and interventional pain management to his scope. Dr. Ferenchak believes in the old‑school, patient‑centered approach—taking time to understand each individual and often visiting patients at home. He combines this philosophy with modern technology to provide personalized, affordable Direct Primary Care.
