Dr. Patrick "Pat" Vigil, MD PhD, is a physician‑scientist boarded in and practicing Family Medicine. She earned her MD and a PhD in microbiology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Vigil completed her residency in Family Medicine at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital in Yakima, WA. After practicing full‑scope inpatient and outpatient medicine (excluding obstetrics) in the Tacoma region, she left her employed position to build a Direct Primary Care practice, Vigil Family Medicine, to provide personalized, relationship‑based care.
