PAMELA MANNING

Dr. Pamela Manning, DNP, AGNP-BC, is the founder and CEO of Legacy Advanced Health, the first Black‑owned Direct Primary Care practice in Coral Springs, Florida. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, she combines a deep commitment to preventive medicine with a personalized, patient‑centered approach that emphasizes long‑term relationships, comprehensive wellness visits, and affordable, membership‑based care. Dr. Manning believes that every individual deserves accessible, high‑quality primary care without the barriers of traditional insurance models, and she structures her practice to provide unlimited visits, same‑day appointments, and coordinated care for chronic conditions.

Born in Jamaica and later immigrating to the United States, Dr. Manning pursued a career in nursing driven by a passion for community service and health equity. She earned an MSN in Nursing Education and a post‑master’s certificate in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner before completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Aspen University in 2020. In addition to leading Legacy Advanced Health, she mentors nursing students, serves on health policy committees, and founded the NCLEX Clinic to support future nurses. Her leadership reflects a blend of clinical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to improving health outcomes for underserved populations.
