Dr. Omer Iqbal, DO, founded the Internal Medicine Clinic (IM Clinic) in 2018 in Huntsville, Alabama. He grew up in Scottsboro, Alabama, graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015, and completed his internal medicine training at the University of South Florida. Dr. Iqbal is board‑certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and serves as the clinic’s Medical Director.

Dr. Iqbal’s DPC philosophy centers on person‑focused, evidence‑based care that prioritizes long‑lasting doctor‑patient relationships over disease‑oriented treatment.
