OLGA TEZAGUIC

Dr. Olga Tezaguic, D.O., is a family medicine physician who co‑founded Stratos Direct Primary Care (DPC) in Wichita Falls, Texas. She and her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Swanson, created the practice to provide a patient‑first model that emphasizes same‑day or next‑day appointments, extended visit times, virtual care, and direct communication via phone, text, and email. The DPC philosophy at Stratos focuses on building long‑term relationships, reducing administrative burdens, and delivering comprehensive preventive and chronic care without the constraints of traditional insurance.

With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Tezaguic graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth in 1996. She is board‑certified in Family Medicine and is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse patient population. In addition to her clinical work, she has participated in several humanitarian medical mission trips to Latin America, reflecting her commitment to community service and global health.
