Dr. Nirupama Gupta, MD, is a board‑certified pediatrician and pediatric nephrologist who founded BlueJay Pediatrics to provide Direct Primary Care (DPC) that emphasizes accessibility, affordability, and personalized, unhurried care. She believes that patients should have 24/7 direct access to their physician via phone, text, email, or video, and that a capped patient panel allows for stronger relationships and better health outcomes. Dr. Gupta’s clinical background includes a cum laude B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida, an M.D. from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, a general pediatric residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, and a fellowship in pediatric nephrology at the University of Florida.
