NIKOLE STEPHENS

Dr. Nikole Stephens, DO, is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician who grew up in Central Florida and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine – Bradenton Campus. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at AdventHealth Florida (East Orlando), where she honed her skills in comprehensive primary care and osteopathic manipulative treatment. Dr. Stephens is passionate about providing personalized, relationship‑based care and believes that Direct Primary Care allows her to spend more time with each patient, focus on preventive health, and build lasting partnerships.

After several years in traditional practice, Dr. Stephens sought a model that aligned with her philosophy of patient‑centered care. She joined Family Tree Primary Care to practice DPC, where she can offer same‑day appointments, longer visits, and a focus on whole‑person health without the constraints of insurance paperwork. Outside the clinic, Dr. Stephens is an avid roller‑derby athlete and powerlifter, bringing the same dedication and teamwork to her community involvement as she does to her patients.
