Dr. Nicholas "Nick" Blank, MD, FAAFP, is a family medicine physician and co‑owner of Nova Direct Primary Care in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He grew up in Haslett, MI, earned his undergraduate degree at Michigan State University and continued at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, completing his MD in 2015. During his clinical years he trained at Mercy Health Grand Rapids, where he served as co‑chief resident in family medicine and developed a passion for the Direct Primary Care model, believing it restores the patient‑doctor relationship by removing insurance‑driven barriers.

Since 2019, Dr. Blank has been delivering affordable, transparent, and accessible primary care through Nova DPC.
