About
Dr. Neha Gupta graduated from the Medical University of the Americas in Nevis and completed her Family Medicine residency at Michigan State University/Western Michigan University School of Medicine in 2014. During her residency she cared for Michigan’s most vulnerable populations and then served rural communities in upstate New York, gaining valuable experience in community‑focused primary care.
In 2018 Dr. Gupta relocated to Virginia Beach and founded Virginia Beach Direct Primary Care. She embraces the Direct Primary Care model, offering patients a fixed monthly fee for unlimited office visits, same‑day or next‑day appointments, and telemedicine services. Her clinical focus includes women’s health, LGBTQIA+ care, weight‑loss management, and providing inclusive, compassionate care to all patients. She is especially devoted to supporting military families, reflecting her husband’s service as a Navy veteran.
Outside of medicine Dr. Gupta enjoys powerlifting, bodybuilding, cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her young daughter and two dogs.
