NEAL SECRIST

Dr. Neal Secrist, D.O., is the founder and owner of Evolve Healthcare, a Direct Primary Care practice in Wichita, Kansas. With more than 35 years of experience in family medicine, he emphasizes a patient‑centered, holistic approach that blends preventive care, chronic disease management, and lifestyle counseling. Dr. Secrist believes that the DPC model allows him to spend ample time with each patient, develop long‑term relationships, and focus on wellness rather than volume‑driven care.

He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988 and completed his family medicine residency at LSU School of Medicine in Monroe, Louisiana.
