NEAL GARVERICK

Dr. Neal R. Garverick, CRNP is a board‑certified nurse practitioner (ANCC) who began his nursing career in cardiac critical care at the former Pinnacle Health System Polyclinic Hospital and later worked in the emergency department at Harrisburg Hospital. After earning his Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner, he spent five years at Hanover Family Practice Associates before joining Wellspan Health, where he served for 16 years at Herr’s Ridge Family Medicine.

During his tenure at Wellspan, Dr. Garverick conducted doctoral research on the viability of nurse practitioners delivering primary care through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. Leveraging this research, he founded NRG Health, a DPC practice focused on providing accessible, high‑quality, and cost‑effective care, as well as DOT physicals. He and his wife, Dr. Kristine Garverick, CRNP, lead the practice together, emphasizing patient‑centered care and community involvement. Dr. Garverick resides in Dillsburg, PA with his family and enjoys travel, golf, aviation, property redevelopment, and community advocacy.
