MICHAEL TREMBLAY
Family Medicine
About
Dr. Michael Tremblay has been in private family practice in Holbrook, Massachusetts since 1990. Originally from upstate New York, he first studied physical education and physical therapy before pursuing medicine. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1983 and completed a family‑medicine residency in Kingston, New York. After a four‑year stint running a private practice in Arkansas, he and his family settled in Holbrook, where he has served the community for more than three decades.
Dr. Tremblay is a strong advocate of the Direct Primary Care model. He believes that longer, unhurried visits and direct communication (phone, text, email) allow him to treat patients as whole people rather than a series of insurance‑driven encounters. At Action Medicine DPC he strives to provide affordable, personalized primary care while fostering long‑term doctor‑patient relationships.
