MICHAEL PERISA

Dr. Michael Perisa is a board‑certified pediatrician and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has spent most of his life in Northeast Ohio, completing his undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University and his medical degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University. He completed a pediatric residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, followed by a brief fellowship in pediatric cancer and blood diseases at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. After returning to Northeast Ohio, he chose to practice general pediatrics, valuing the ability to spend more time with his family while providing comprehensive, family‑centered care.

At Zest Pediatrics of Solon, Dr. Perisa embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing personalized, accessible care, same‑day appointments, and a focus on preventive health.
