Dr. Michael Kagen founded KagenMD (formerly Kagen Concierge) to deliver premium, attentive, and flexible care for patients who want a personalized primary care experience. Since 2017, his practice in Park City, Utah has operated under a Direct Primary Care model that removes insurance middle‑men, allowing unhurried appointments, same‑day virtual visits, and even house calls. Dr. Kagen emphasizes building genuine doctor‑patient relationships, being available via phone, text, or video, and providing comprehensive preventive and acute care without copays.

Dr. Kagen is board‑certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his medical doctorate from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Tennessee‑Chattanooga. In addition to his clinical work, he volunteers as the team physician for the U.S. National and World Speed Skating Teams, reflecting his lifelong involvement in the sport.
