MICHAEL BENOIT

Dr. Michael Benoit is a board‑certified internal medicine physician and the founder of Paradigm Direct Health. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science and his Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, before completing his Internal Medicine residency in Denver, Colorado. Throughout his career, Dr. Benoit has practiced in a variety of settings—from large health systems and urgent care to veteran affairs and telemedicine. Each experience reinforced a truth he could no longer ignore: traditional primary care had become reactive, rushed, and impersonal, for both patients and physicians alike. In early 2024, he founded Paradigm Direct Health to restore what medicine was meant to be—personal, proactive, and focused on lasting health. His practice offers time, accessibility, and a partnership designed to help patients stay well, age well, and live better. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Benoit enjoys exploring the world with his wife and two daughters, spending time outdoors, and staying active through regular exercise and mindfulness practices. A lifelong learner, he finds inspiration in both fiction and non‑fiction writing, and in the pursuit of continuous growth—in medicine and in life.
