Melissa Butler

Dr. Melissa Butler is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience in both primary care and medical education. She specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence‑based medicine, with a strong commitment to patient‑centered care. Dr. Butler is passionate about medical education and has served as teaching faculty for over a decade at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and the Kettering Medical Center Residency program, mentoring future physicians. Dr. Butler was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed her residency at Kettering Medical Center, where she served as chief resident, and holds the distinction of Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP).
