Dr. Melanie Story earned her Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Morehead State University and received her medical degree in 2002 from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Louisville, after which she became board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Story has been practicing family medicine for over two decades, providing comprehensive primary care to patients in Louisville, Kentucky.
