Matthew Simone
Family Medicine
About
Matthew Simone, a Board‑Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, founded Homesteady Health to provide personalized, accessible primary care through a Direct Primary Care model. Frustrated by the constraints of corporate medicine, he created a practice that emphasizes ample time with patients, house calls, and direct communication via text, phone, or telemedicine. His DPC philosophy centers on preventive care, holistic health, and building lasting relationships with each patient.
With over 23 years of clinical experience, Matthew has worked in diverse settings—including urgent care, emergency medicine, and rural Alaska—allowing him to bring a breadth of knowledge to his practice. He is committed to community involvement, serving as President for Region 2 of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York and participating in various leadership roles on medical boards and committees.
