MATTHEW HADEN

Dr. Matthew Haden, MD, MPH, MBA, is a Family Medicine physician and founder of PURE Primary Care. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Nebraska Wesleyan University, completed a joint MD/MPH program at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and pursued specialty training in Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona after an initial residency at Georgetown/Providence Hospital in Washington, DC. Dr. Haden has extensive experience in urgent care and primary care, and he previously founded MobileMDs and MODERN Mobile Medicine, the first house‑call Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice.

At PURE Primary Care, Dr. Haden emphasizes the DPC philosophy of restoring the doctor‑patient relationship, providing personalized, uninterrupted care, and protecting patient privacy.
