MATTHEW GREEN

Dr. Matthew Green, DO grew up in Oklahoma and earned his medical degree at Oklahoma State University. He completed a family medicine residency at Cox Health in Springfield, MO, and is board‑certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. For nearly twenty years he has cared for families throughout Southwest Missouri, emphasizing comprehensive, preventive care and building lasting relationships with his patients.

As the founder of Ascent Direct Primary Care, Dr. Green embraces the Direct Primary Care model to provide personal, accessible, and affordable care. He believes that a strong doctor‑patient partnership, shorter wait times, and transparent pricing allow him to spend more time listening, educating, and partnering with patients on their health journeys.
