MARYLEE DILLING
Internal Medicine
About
Dr. Marylee H. Dilling, MD, FAAP, FACP, is a dual‑boarded internist and pediatrician with more than a decade of experience providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. She founded Dr. Dilling Internal Medicine & Pediatrics in January 2024 to practice Direct Primary Care (DPC), a membership‑based model that removes the constraints of insurance‑driven fee‑for‑service care. By limiting panel size, she can spend ample time with each patient, offering same‑day appointments, extended visits, and personalized care plans that focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and whole‑family health.
Dr. Dilling earned a BS in Biology and a BA in Romance Languages from UNC‑Chapel Hill, attended Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, and completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians, and holds board certifications in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Her practice emphasizes building long‑lasting doctor‑patient relationships, proactive health maintenance, and a compassionate, humanistic approach to medicine.
