Mary Pat Forkin

Dr. Mary Pat Forkin grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She received her MD from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She was honored to be Chief Resident in her graduate program at St. John’s Mercy Hospital in St. Louis and became board certified in Family Medicine. She has been a family and emergency room physician to many in Central Indiana for the past thirty years. Dr. Mary Pat grew up in a family of eight. She is a mother to five, grandmother to three (so far!), and knows the importance of healthy families. She looks forward to serving you and is honored to have the privilege to partner with you to provide the care YOU deserve.
