MARY MEDEIROS

Dr. Mary A. Medeiros, MD, MPH, is the President and Founder of Thrive Adult Primary Care. She grew up in a family of physicians and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music before attending Loma Linda University School of Medicine, where she received her MD in 2004. After practicing internal medicine and experiencing the burdens of administrative tasks, she launched Thrive Adult Primary Care in 2017 to provide Direct Primary Care focused on personalized, preventive health and strong patient‑physician relationships. Dr. Medeiros emphasizes education, data‑driven health optimization, and a philosophy that health care should be "better" for both patients and providers, while also maintaining a lifelong passion for music and family.
