MARY BLANKENSHIP

Dr. Mary Brittain Blankenship, MD, FAIHM is the founder of Spruce MD Integrative Medicine. She is board‑certified in both Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of South Alabama and completed a residency in Internal Medicine through the University of Utah. She also completed a two‑year fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine. Dr. Blankenship emphasizes an integrative, patient‑centered approach that combines conventional medicine with lifestyle, nutrition, and functional strategies to address chronic disease, gut health, hormonal balance, and skin concerns.
