MARNIE DESCHAMPS

Marnie Deschamps, AGNP‑C, is an adult geriatric nurse practitioner who has lived in Missoula, Montana for more than 20 years. She originally hails from Rhode Island and spent the first four years of her career specializing in geriatrics. Marnie emphasizes respectful, kind, and compassionate care at every stage of adult life, and she continually seeks new opportunities for growth and learning, often learning the most from her patients.

She is a co‑founder of Mountain Internal Medicine, a women‑owned Direct Primary Care clinic that serves patients 18 years and older. Marnie’s approach centers on building long‑term relationships, providing personalized care, and fostering a healing environment that treats the whole person, not just the disease.
