About
Dr. Mark Rosekelly, M.Div., D.O., grew up in Norwalk, Ohio and attended Moody Bible Institute before earning a Master of Divinity at North Park Theological Seminary. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at Darnall Army Medical Center in Ft. Hood, Texas, finishing in 2019. After serving at the Reynolds Army Health Clinic in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, he founded Fruitful Oaks Direct Primary Care in 2021 to bring personalized, community‑focused care to Duncan, Oklahoma.
At Fruitful Oaks DPC, Dr. Rosekelly practices a membership‑based model that removes insurance barriers, allowing patients to receive unlimited visits, same‑day access, and direct communication via phone, text, and email. He emphasizes a whole‑person approach, combining preventive medicine, osteopathic manipulative techniques, and a commitment to building lasting doctor‑patient relationships. The practice’s philosophy centers on spending more time with patients, offering cash‑based labs and medications at base cost, and fostering a supportive community environment.
