MARK BARRETO

Dr. Mark Barreto, MD is a family medicine physician in Otego, NY with over 20 years of experience. He graduated from State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University College of Medicine in 2005 and is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Barreto founded Barreto Family Medicine as a Direct Primary Care (DPC) micro‑practice, limiting the patient panel to fewer than 100 patients so he can spend ample time with each individual, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and building lifelong doctor‑patient relationships.
