MARISA HOYNE

Dr. Marisa Schottelkorb Hoyne, MD, is a double board‑certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She is a Kalispell, Montana native who completed her undergraduate studies in Human Biology at Stanford University. She earned her medical degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine‑Phoenix, where she received the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Award and the clinical faculty’s award for Best in Internal Medicine. Dr. Hoyne finished a three‑year residency in Internal Medicine at the Banner Good Samaritan and Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Centers in Phoenix, Arizona. She is passionate about the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing ample time, transparent pricing, and strong doctor‑patient relationships, and she focuses her practice on obesity‑related conditions such as diabetes, fatty liver disease, PCOS, and sleep apnea.
