Marian Bouchard

Dr. Marian Bouchard, MD, is the founder and sole physician of Fiddlehead Family Health Care, PLLC, a Direct Primary Care practice in Bristol, VT. She emphasizes a patient‑centered model where time is medicine – offering longer appointments, direct access, and a focus on preventive and integrative health. By eliminating insurance billing, she provides transparent, affordable monthly memberships that cover primary care visits, virtual consultations, and many routine services, allowing patients to partner with her in managing their health.

With more than 25 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Bouchard combines traditional clinical training with an interest in integrative and holistic approaches. She earned her MD from McGill University Faculty of Medicine, completed a family medicine residency at Highland Hospital and the University of Rochester, and remains active in teaching through UVM Medical School and community programs at Middlebury College.
